First of all, the staff really makes this place. You get all the information you need to explore Orchha as soon as you arrive. They also give honest and accurate information regarding traveling, from cheapest local way to easiest most comfortable way. Big spotless and clean room and bathroom, and you also get a clean top sheet, a rarity in India. The setup of the room is practical, and the hot shower really works. Only breakfast is served, but their recommendation regarding restaurant was spot on. Good WiFi as well.

Location is fantastic, close to everything,but at the same time so beautifully quiet. Rooms are large and very comfortable.This family run hotel try so hard in every way to please you. Aniket the owners son is really switched on. He has a pre-prepared phone link..he can send to your mobile..to give you personal directions and info on all the sights in town. UNIQUE.!! We had a wonderful stay at amazing in Orchha. The location is perfect at the small hill, offering stunning views The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, and the staff isfriendly and helpful. Highly recommended for a peaceful stayin Orchha. Aniket also offers great ltinerary and knows Orchha by heart. He have small details about many more unknown hidden monuments of Orchha. An excellent value for money stay in Orchha. We took the upgrade offered by Owner. We had a room on the top floor which was lovely. Very comfy bed. Breakfast and meal options were very good. We arranged laundry which had a v quick turnaround. Owner also arranged our taxi to Khajuraho - which was exceptionally priced , we had the best local taxi driver. Great location too. Amazing Room with Amazing view. Great Cleanliness. Perfect Location. Good Online Guide.

I am more then happy to share my experience, hotel is completely new with comfortable beds, and if you are traveling solo or with family and don’t want to stay far from the center, restaurants and Ram Raja temple, which is the main temple in Orchha therefore Shri Serju Palace is a better option with good value for money and specially the staff is very friendly and welcoming. Fully recommended 🙏🏽🕉️

I like the behaviour of the staff very much. Rooms are spacious and the resort is really good with all amenities. Best place to stay with family. There is ample space for children to play .     The apartment is on the first floor of a house. The family of the owners (a French - Indian couple) stay on the ground floor. The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, a small bathroom and an open kitchen (fridge, stove, kettle.... ). The location is away from the town centre, 10-15 min walk from the main road. I loved the talks with the Indian host about India. And the ride on his Enfield to find some milk in town.

    The location is very good, The host is sweet and friendly. Room was neat and clean. Kitchen was nice with full facilities. WiFi was good. The host made me and my pet super comfortable. Monsoon and winters this property with the price is brilliant.
