The apartment is very spacious with full kitchen so we could cook if we wanted and then lounge comfortably on the two sofas afterwards. The property is in the heart of the village and a short trip downstairs brings you into the fun and genuine atmosphere of the village pub where guests get a chance to mix with the locals. Great chippy across the way. Con is a gracious host and made us feel welcome to the B&B and to the village of Knockbridge. Come here if you want to experience real Ireland.

The perfect doggo retreat… myself and my husband have been twice now and I honestly can’t recommend Loughanmore Court Cottage enough… beautiful ground with walking path for the dogs, the cottage itself has beautiful touches in every way like dressing gowns, face masks, welcome surprises… the jacuzzi is magic and the bed is honestly the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in… can’t recommend it enough…

Glen Gat House is such a great place that I would strongly recommend it to anyone who plans to come to visit Dundalk. It has not only a great location, but also wonderful services. Guests would easily feel at home at Glen Gat House. Its manager, Helena, is very kind and helpful. She even helped us secure our first lease in Dundalk and make various purchases through her local friends and connections. We couldn’t think of a better way to start our life in Dundalk. We stayed here for the distance from Bellingham Castle for a wedding. The room was spotless, the staff were so friendly and helpful. The entire property was fabulous. They provided taxi numbers for us to call to organise transport to & from wedding.

Very nice house and very comfortable. The fire was set when we arrived and the host left eggs, bread and milk for the breakfast. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels for everyone. There is a nice outdoor area that we never even had a chance to use.
