Angel was a fantastic host who gave us all the information we needed to go around Atitlan. He took us on a walking tour to one of the smaller and less visited villages. For us and the kids this was the highlight of our visit. He also arranged the transportation to our next destination. The house is located just outside the bustling town centre, which is only a 10 minute walk, and the roof terrace has great views over the surroundings.

-The comfort! The price is incredibly affordable, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. My friend and I each had our own bed. -The bathrooms and the entire property were kept very clean. The kitchen was also nice as it had most of the basic utensils for cooking. -The location was great. It was right on the main street of Panajachel. -They also provide laundry service for an extra charge.

Location is perfect, close to everything yet very peaceful & quiet. The room was as it looked in the pictures, really cute decoration and comfy (and bathroom with actual hot water!!). I was working from there and wifi was really good. The garden is stunning, the heated pool is a big plus. And super convenient to have parking included. They have also have a restaurant and the food was de-li-cious. The best place to eat around Pana for sure, the wood-oven pizza was just to die for. Overall, best value for money. This will be my go-to spot next time I come to the lake!

It is a beautiful hotel with a fantastic view on the lake and the volcanoes. Quiet places give you the possibility to rest and the garden also allows you to walk, relax and enjoy flowers and birds around. The personnel are very kind and patient. We had a great view, and were lucky to score a corner room. The corner rooms are a bit larger.
