It was an incredible experience from start to finish. The room itself was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, with modern amenities that made my stay comfortable. But what truly set it apart was the convenience of being able to step directly from my room into the pool. It felt like having my own private oasis right at my doorstep. Very welcoming, chill hostel with a great pool. Angel was extremely helpful (eg with booking shuttles etc). The chef was friendly and made delicious breaky (our fav hostel breaky of our trip). When back in el paredon we’d stay here again!

Absolutely loved Macarena! Literally a few minute walk to the beach, brekkie places, restaurants and store. Bed was super comfy. They have mosquito nets but I dont like to sleep with it so I was sleeping with out it every night. And didn’t get any bites. You have a very big chest where you can keep all your stuff locked in and even a night table which was personally my favorite thing! Rodrigo and Javier were amazing hosts and helped me with anything I needed. Thank you so much I would definitely stay here again!

The room was very big and comfy and very well designed. They were still working on other rooms, but there was a nice kitchen and a common area. The manager was very nice and friendly.

The stuff is super friendly, creating really a family vibe. The food is excellent, the dinner buffet is changing everyday (Chinese, English, Mexican etc) and it was nice to eat something different than a tortilla after a 3 weeks in Guatemala :) the beach is wide and clean, we enjoyed our surf lessons. The extra bonus is the turtle releasing every morning. If you are a party person you will be more then happy.

It was quiet as near the end of town. Most rooms weren’t booked when we were there. Very hot so the swimming pool was great.
