Our hosts- Tomasi and his wife were super hospitable. Helpful with everything local: sulphur spring, Vardzia, cafes where to grab lunch. The dinner was amazing: we shared it with other guests and felt like we were at a proper Georgian family dinner: tasty homemade food and delicious unlimited wine made by Tomasi himself. Many complain that it’s cold but if you ask Tomasi, he will switch it on, no problem. The location and the views are stunning.

Fantastic everything!!! Communication was amazing, we had bad weather on our way there so were delayed arriving, Nika kindly checked on our safely along the way. Our room was toastie warm on arrival and immaculate !! It also had everything that we needed. We opted to have dinner and breakfast and the food was superb. The location is quiet, authentically rural and only a short stunning drive to Varzia. Thank you Nika and family for a beautiful stay

Lovely hosts who met us on arrival. The rooms were spacious and clean with a balcony and we had a fantastic breakfast with an array of delicoius food and some home made Chacha. This was all enjoyed sitting on a timer veranda in the garden. Lovely, peaceful spot within a 10 minute walk of the centre and the cave city.

Great location in the middle of a beatiful valley, although the road was a bit challenging. Clean and comfy room with a large bathroom, and very charming hosts. Breakfast was delicious, all cooked with local products.

The host was very helpful, even assisting with the marshrutka for the next morning, so we were able to continue our journey to Batumi successfully. We managed to rest well at the accommodation and woke up feeling refreshed. Although I’m not particularly a dog lover, even Bobby the dog melted my heart—we had a great time playing fetch. If you're looking for accommodation just 2 minutes from the cave city in Vardzia, you've found it!

everything was amazing. I believe i can't say enough about this stay. The food, the surroundings, the people the location..best place i've ever stayed! The house is surrounded by fruit trees, blackberries.. We had fresh milk and fresh honey for breakfast and together with all the other delicious food that were freshly made, the experience was simply exceptional. Highly recommended!

Koba and Angelina (and bubu the dog) were very kind and generous hosts. This was the perfect place to stay and enjoy Angelina's delicious home cooked food and Koba's homemade wine after exploring Vardzia. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. They even helped us arrange transport back to Akhaltsikhe. Highly recommend!

Great location for staying the night before visiting the Vardzia cave city. Beds were comfy and showers were hot. We arrived late in the evening and the host made us a delicious dinner. Breakfast the next morning was also excellent with homemade yogurt and ingredients from their farm. Their dogs were also super cute and friendly!
