The hotel was only 10 minutes away from the airport London Gatwick. They charged 10£ for the shuttle per room and per trip, which was so convenient to have. The room was big and immaculate. Installations were well looked after and immaculate. Very kind and friendly staff. We had some dinner at the restaurant and it was lovely. 100% recommended 👌

On arrival, we were met by Jennifer at Reception. Jennifer did everything possible to make our stay pleasant. The rooms that we were allocated were exceptionally clean and comfortable. Bathroom too, with the classy shampoo and body wash By the way, the Burgers that we had at the restaurant were the best Burgers that we've had in years!!!!!

Perfect location, only 3 min to walk (under roof) to South Terminal. Check-in was efficient and the room was clean and tidy. Customer service was superb. We first got a room with a noisy neighbour, and got relocated to a new room on request within 5 minutes.

    Lukewarm plates and food. Small portion and cold toast, butter has obviously been in fridge, brought out and had condensated so there was a pool of water in the butter. . While we were eating breakfast a member of staff was using a leaf blower to clear the terrace, so we got a lovely dosing of dog hair all over our breakfast. We did tell him and he did give us coffee for free. They had taken money up front for our breakfast (almost £25 for 2 “full English”) I wish I hadn’t paid up front.

    The location is amazing and they are dog friendly throughout which was perfect for us as we were travelling back from Cornwall and stopped off along the way with our dog. The food was nice and all of the staff were lovely too. The food was good too but it was very busy so be aware it may take a while for food and drink if you're happy to wait.
