This was a super property & location for a family holiday. 25-30min train ride (trains every 10-20mins) to the centre of Barcelona for sight-seeing or stay local for relaxing days by the pool. There was a supermarket a 2 min walk away, also with indoor market stalls and a cafe selling meals, smoothies and ice cream. On arrival, the owner met us with keys and was very helpful with local information & also in kindly booking us a larger taxi for airport transfer. The property has a lift which was a luxury, especially for moving suitcases up/down floors. Beach towels were also provided for our stay. Communication was excellent with the owner who even provided chilled beers for our arrival 🌟

Driving on my way home to Germany, I injured a hand. Having an overnight reservation at the Ibis, Mollet, I registered, deposited my luggage and left my pet dog in the room before proceeding to the Mollet Hospital. The injury was more serious than I suspected. It required emergency surgery and subsequent hospitalization. I called the hotel and advised them. They reacted with unexpected understanding, empathy and flexibility. I was asked how long I needed the room for. We agreed on a three-day extension with the possibility of a further one if needed. In the meantime, I arranged for my pet to be picked up and looked after, which I informed the hotel about and they agreed to cooperate however possible. It was so, that my pet was collected and taken care of. When I subsequently called the hotel to request a further 2-day extension of my reservation, they agreed with minimal bureaucracy, on the contrary, they were totally forthcoming. It should be noted that all this took place at the end of July, during high travel season when hotels are virtually fully booked. I have been a frequent traveler during my business career. Ibis was a chain I used occasionally for convenience reasons. I chose it on this occasion because it accepts pets and was close to the motorway. After this experience, I shall prioritize Ibis wherever I travel in the future. My sincerest expression of thanks and gratitude to the whole staff team of the Ibis Mollet. With best regards RHS

The hotel was super clean and the cleaning crew did an excellent job during the stay. The hotel is an nice neighbourhood, so it was super safe and quiet. The hotel is a 10 min walk away from the train station which was great. And cant forget the free coffee which was a nice plus.

    Has a Bed and Breakfast feel to it. Very nice and personal owners, cute rooms, firm mattress, excellent locations for a getaway from Barcelona, to some hiking and visit the baths around.

    The host was very nice lady. She helped us checkin. And we were provided a nice breakfast at the beautiful villa. The location is beautiful though needs to be driven through semi paved (kinda offroad experience) road.

    We need a place to stay on our way back to France. We usually spend the night in Barcelona but this time decided to stay outside the city. It was the best decision. Super quitte location. The hotel provides excellent value for money. The rooms and bathrooms are very spacious and clean. A very generous breakfast buffet is included as well.
