Very helpful staff!! Marcel informed us how we can get to all these beautiful places around and in Latacunga. AND: Marcel was super helpful and caring when we were unfortunately robbed in the bus. Marcel and his mother drove us to the next police station - caring so much about us! Thank you so much! The room and the breakfast were also excellent!

Excellent place to stopover on the way to the Quilotoa trek. They kindly stored our bags and gave lots of tips and tricks for the trek. Rooms were comfortable and clean.

Staff was very flexible. I asked for an early breakfast at 6am and they not only delivered but had a taxi ready to immediately take me to Quilotoa ($5). Highly recimmended.
