Came here for New Years with my husband. We lived in a panoramic suite. The hotel exceeded our expectations! the staff is very friendly and welcoming, the room is clean, there is everything you need from towels to dishes. The breakfast is delicious and varied! Alps from the window - the best view! We will definitely come back and recommend to all our friends!

The rooms are beautifully decorated and designed. Everything was of a high quality. The breakfast, in the beautiful dining room, was excellent with both a buffet and cooked-to-order options. Pascal was very helpful directing us to a good restaurant for dinner. The location is ideal being within walking distance of the harbour and many of the attractions in Lilndau. We would certainly love to go back again for a longer stay.

This was the best boutique hotel we have stayed at all over the world as there was so much love and detail in every aspect of the entire experience. The room was spacious and lovely, the gym and pools were exceptional, as were the relaxing areas with a magnificent view over looking Lake Constance. This was a rather spontaneous booking for us. We came late on our way back home from Italy. We were greeted incredibly friendly and professionally by the lady at the front desk who accompanied me to the garage to show me where to park our car (I think she even stayed past her shift). The room was neat and clean. Breakfast was amazing. Staff were very helpful and polite. We felt very welcome and comfortable.
