The staff were really helpful, especially when we needed a very late check-in as our train got delayed by 3 hours (they have 24/7 check-in available). The place itself is beautiful and aesthetically pleasing. We had everything we needed, from coffee machines to towels. The location was perfect, couldn't ask for a better location; you go out the front door and you're practically in the centre. The breakfast so amazing, food was so good, and the staff were really attentive. I really recommend this accommodation, if I'm in Prague again I would surely stay here.

When we came back from strolling around Prague, the present for us and also our dog was waiting there:). Coffee and fine teas in the rooms, rain shower, auto sensor nightlights, climate control in the room, bluetooth speaker, doorbell....truly all the bells and whistles! They really thought about the guests when designing this hotel! The breakfast was a buffet coupled with a small menu. Great selection! They had a dog bed and food/water bowls for our dog. We felt very catered to!
