Hotel situated a few minutes walk away from the main square. Room was clean , had TV and a fan and I was lucky to have a mountain view. Breakfast was served on the rooftop terrace and there was a choice of soups, eggs as you wanted ..coffee ..hot chocolate etc The hotel also organises different excurions on the rivers so made it very easy to choose, which one suited better , you were picked up and dropped off at the hotel I would definitely stay here again :)

Amazing views & extremely nice staff who made us feel very welcome. We were staying in the glamping room which we loved. One night there was a heavy thunderstorm and staff offered to move us to the main hotel building for the night in case we don’t feel safe in the glamping. We actually ended up using the option so that was very helpful. If we had any issues whatsoever they were resolved immediately therefore I can only reccomend Avani :)

Lovely accommodation with incredible views for a great price. Rooms are really clean. Luz who works there is wonderful and super friendly. I don’t know how she manages to get everything done on her own - she’s amazing! We realises the lock on my door was broken and they fixed it the same day which was great. Breakfast is good - standard Colombian breakfast. It’s also clear to see that the hotel has responded to previous negative reviews to address all of the points (eg mentioning no fruit in the breakfast - now there is fruit; saying there’s no one on the property after 5pm - now there’s someone staying there). They were also really helpful with all of my questions about where to eat etc. Two lovely pools as well!
