Very nice location at the beach and very close to the lagoon and nature reserve. The staff was very friendly and the food was good (the vegetarian food they improvised was also good)

Easy going, Perfect for lazy Beach days, Long Beach walks, Bird and especially Flamingo watching.

The location is amazing—on the beach (which is gently sloping until a long way out), in the National Park, near the lagoons (take the birdwatching trip to see several species, including the flamingoes) and great peace and quiet. The accommodation itself is basic.

[Birder review] Its a great place for birders, you can easily see some interesting birds at the property, such as the Vermilion Cardinal, Orinocan Saltator, Scaled Dove, Russet-throated Puffbird, Tropical Gnatcatcher and more. Seek Jose Luis Pushaina (@pushainabirder instagram) for a tour to the hard endemics.
The beach is great, calm and "easy to swim" in the mornings, although it becomes a bit rough in the evenings due to strong winds.
