Yacki is an amazing host, very helpful and friendly. The room had everything we needed - kitchen is very well equiped, has all the utilities, crockery and fridge. The bed was comfortable, and the location is very good - about 7 mins by walk from the centre. The last bit of walk is uphill, but it’s just a very short distance that is challenging, around 200 metres. The view from the balcony is gorgeous and in addition there is a bunch of very fridndly pets (cats and dogs) which are just impossible not to pet🤗 Yacki gave us water for cooking on first day which was very nice of her and kept us well informed about electricity shutdowns and water cuts. It’s not our first time in the area, and we understand that it is normal in Santa Marta region. Yacki also made sure we had everything we needed every day and offered cleaning. This place was perfect for us

Holly crap was this hotel stunning! From the most incredible views on the biggest balcony to the spacious rooms, it was amazing! Super comfortable! Loved the two bedrooms and baths. Amazing pool terrace!

A lovely little place! Very peaceful, quiet and with nice views of the sea and hills. Laura and her mother (homemade juice and dulces for breakfast) really do everything they can for their guests, so very helpful and kind. Laura, always eager to help and very quick to respond, helped us arrange a trip to Tayrona and picked us up when we returned from the rather adventurous boat ride from there. Also helped with taxis and Marisol bus to Cartagena. Nice to talk to and very good English. We really enjoyed our stay and wished it could have lasted longer. Taganga is still a rather genuine fishing village, so don't expect a village adapted to tourism.

The hostel is beautifully located in a terraced garden with a lovely clean pool. The rooms are separate, and you only see other guests at breakfast. Breakfast is nice and has various options. Staff is very accommodating in terms of meal times. The rooms are basic but comfortable.
