Highly recommended for those who is planning to visit Zhangjiajie. Don't worry about the location as it's very convenient to book a Didi to travel around Zhangjiajie. It's common to travel for 20-45mins by Didi from one destination to another in Zhangjiajie as the national parks ate located in different places. The view and facilities of the hotel made us wanted to spend more time in the hotel. The staffs would create a Wechat group upon check in, so that you could request or enquire anything. They are very helpful! It would be a plus point for those who likes dogs and cats too. They even provide free shuttle to airport/train station (they will contact you via Booking.com).

The kindness and thoughtfulness of the host. She gave us valuable advice on how to visit the huge forest park in limited time. Following her suggested routes, we don't have to queue a minute even during the long weekend holiday. Yes, its location might not be close to other area with shops or restaurants, but we had dinners in the homestay for two evenings, and the dishes were great! Besides, the room is clean, and materials served in the homestay were eco friendly. 10/10 recommended.

We liked that it was so close to the Zhangjiajie national forest park and the staff were amazing people, very friendly and helpful. It is located up on a hill, isolated from the traffic. The staff can understand some English. We loved their puppy San Yue! The staff helped us with our needs to get to the park and they woke up very early for us to see us off. We had to extend our stay for one day and they gave us a better room for the same price as the original room. They served great breakfast included in the price and they offer great dinner as well for price. Xiao Mei advised us the best routes specially suitable for our short stay and provided us with maps for our convenience. Generally, the atmosphere of our stay was very cosy and warm, you won't want to leave this place :)

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and what truly made the experience stand out was the exceptional hospitality of the staff. Tiffany and the team was incredibly friendly from the moment I arrived, always greeting me with a warm smile and offering assistance whenever needed. The room itself was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We had a great experience in this hotel and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to visit the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park or not!

This is a highly highly recommended Lodge located in a genuine quiet village. The beds are extremely comfortable; the home-made breakfasts and dinners were delicious. The lodge is very close to the west gate of the National Park. The mid-night corks' crows reminded you of the country-side life style. However, what makes the place so charming and impressive is the people. The Lodge owner Lucas and his partner Xiao Xie and their entire family, made our trip a wonderful experience. They provided very informative/detailed travel guidance as well as pick-up/drop-off services which made our daily excursions extremely convenient and pleasant. They welcomed us at the front yard at the time we come back which made us feel like returning home. They become part of the unforgettable memories of our cherished family gathering at Zhangjiajie!

The location is amazing. It is very remote, giving you a great sense of peace. The staff is amazing. Frankie went out of his way to make it comfortable for us. He had great advice on what to do in the region and helped us a lot. His English is also great. Yang Ma let us taste a lot of tea that she made herself. It was absolutely delicious and she also taught us new things! In the bar they have a karaoke setup and we sang to our hearts content with Yang Ma. The food is also superb and really comforting after walking in the park for a day. Sadly the weather wasn't great when we visited so we did not enjoy the infinity pool, but it looks amazing. We will defenitely return here if we come to Zhangjiajie again.

From the moment we arrived, Lucas took care of everything for us. He helped us ​​plan the perfect itinerary​​, booked our tickets to ​​Tianmen Mountain and Zhangjiajie Forest Park​​ (no queues, no hassle!), and even arranged amazing seats for the ​​cultural show​​. Thanks to him, we didn’t have to worry about a single thing—just pure enjoyment! Lucas was always ​​patient, professional, and full of great recommendations​​.
