Loved the building. The location. The staff. Breakfast. Dinner. Loved that there were passes given to us to use for the public transport (bus stop just up the road). Some of the rooms are a little dated, but I think it adds to the charm. We stayed here over Christmas and it was decorated like a hallmark movie. Thanks for an amazing stay.

This was my favourite hotel during our honeymoon trip! The owners are kind and friendly. They decorated our room beautifully with a giant balloon, some sweets and a heartwarming card after learning it was our honeymoon. We also enjoyed the beautiful lake and mountain views outside the hotel. It is located 1 stop away from Interlaken Ost so you can get more peace and privacy away from crowds. 8-10 min walk with heavy luggages to the station. The breakfast was great, loved the hummus, cheese and variety of bread. There’s no mocha but the owner kindly asked what it’s like and made it for me, it was delicious. Thank you very much! I highly recommend this hotel for its wonderful hospitality and great views!

    Fantastic location with beautiful view of the Jungfrau. Perfect location very close to the train station. Very quiet. Great cool underground parking. Delicious breakfast.     pet friendly hotel in a perfect location to explore Interlaken and Lauterbrunnen. it’s right next to a bus stop that takes you to town, and the hotel provides you with a bus pass so that it’s free as well. the restaurant has a Michelin star. we asked to come a night early, and the hotel staff was able to accommodate and adjust the rate easily.
