This is a very beautiful place to stay, impregnated with history and real soul. We enjoyed every minute. The room was Lux with whirlpool with magnificent view at mountains. At night we were hanging in the warm (35deg) water looking in the sky with stars. Room was very cozy and clean, furniture in baroque style, which emphasized historical impression. Personal was very careful, police and friendly.

The location is perfect if you want to go to Interlaken, Iseltwald, Sigriswil, Luterbrunnen, Grindelwald and Zermatt. We stayed here for 3 nights and we really enjoyed the breathtaking view of the mountain and beautiful Kiental village. The cable car ride at Kiental is simply amazing!

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The service was exceptional, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The food was delicious, and I was impressed with the variety and quality of the meals offered. The hotel's location was stunning, surrounded by beautiful scenery that added to the overall ambiance. One thing that stood out to me was their pet-friendly policy. I was able to bring my little dog along, and they not only welcomed him but also prepared a cozy bed and even provided food for him. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made me feel truly valued as a guest. They even gave him a little present, which was incredibly sweet and heartwarming. The spa facilities were top-notch. I thoroughly enjoyed the sauna, Hammam, and the highlight for me was the open-air bath. It was a unique and relaxing experience, allowing me to unwind while enjoying the breathtaking views.

I had an amazing stay! The restaurant system is fantastic and the food was absolutely delicious. The terrace is beautiful with a breathtaking view, perfect for relaxing. The rooms are warm, welcoming, and impeccably clean. I truly felt at home and would be more than happy to come back. Highly recommended!

    Awesome location, the bus ride up there was awesome! Very windy turns and cool views of the waterfall. Nice rooms, comfortable bedding, great bathrooms and delicious breakfast! I would book here again.

    Beautiful location with incredible views. The bed is very pretty. Breakfast was ok. Staff - the blonde woman who has two dogs - was especially lovely. We had issues with the room and chose to check out early and they were kind enough to refund one night.

    Location was beautiful, nice to be off the beaten track a for a night. Watching the stars at night with a glass of wine in perfect silence apart from the crickets of course. Max the dog made us smile he kind of wonders around the place does as he pleases, adds character. Great breakfast with an amazing view.
