We're a family of 4. Stayed one night and regret that we didn't stay longer. Pros: - The hotel is fully renovated with very modern room & facilities while conserving the classic and historic feeling of original site & surroundings. - room was spacious, and the interior was very nice with good lighting conditions. - view was a bit limited lake view due to the original building structure, but maybe in another room, it should have a great lake view, as the hotel stood on the hill over the lake. - had a dinner and a breakfast at the hotel restaurant and food was very nice with at least one star quality, and people there provided really attentive and kind service. - They have dedicated, large size parking building (with a fee) Cons - It's actually a little far from Lugano center, but I knew it and it was not my problem. All in all, it is a much more modern and classy hotel than expected, and I would definitely stay here if I visit Lugano again.

This place is fantastic! It's exceptionally clean and welcoming. The staff was incredibly kind—our room was ready early, which was perfect since we arrived feeling unwell. They really went above and beyond, even without us asking. This was our second trip to Lugano, but our first time staying here, and it was by far the best B&B with a smooth checkout.

Great apartment in a very peaceful location. Fabulous views and close to hiking trails. I would recommend the Monte Bar hike and highly recommend stopping at the Capanna Monte Bar restaurant on the way up. We enjoyed rolling out our yoga mats on the balcony. Valle Verzasca is also highly recommended for a hike along the most stunning river - best to go early though as parking spaces are limited.

    Very unique location with lovely view over the lake! Comfortable bed with sink in the room and large-ish room for how much you pay. Shared bathroom, there was only one so it was busy. But room was in great condition, clean and tidy and comfortable bed. Cute walk through very old village to get there, very nice. Public parking (through apps was easy like EasyPArk) was expensive but as expected for Switzerland!

    The view was absolutely breathtaking! location was amazing although not recommended for elderly or people with difficulties with staircases :) The room had everything we needed and was very large. The restaurant had some great food and drinks as well. Definitely staying here again when coming to lugano !! its only a 7-10min drive to the center as well
