The gentleman that sign me ( I can’t remember his name. That’s my fault) was very Professional and polite. Took care of my needs with out any fuss. Provided things to see and do. Took care of me in the restaurant and breakfast. Very highly recommended. I cannot find any faults with him. He was the only person I dealt with at your hotel. You truly have an asset with him. I like that the host was responsive late in the evening and picked up the phone at 23:00 and responded to message after 00:00. We had to check the entry code with the host, because booking.com system provided the wrong code.

    The room, 51 (4th floor) was one of the refurbished rooms. Work is still going on so the corridor outside the room did not look very attractive (plastic over carpet). The shower was excellent. The hand basin was in the bedroom but was fitted in a unit with plenty of storage space for sponge bags etc. A fridge was provided but no facilities to make a hot drink. The staff were very pleasant. We enjoyed our 2 night stay and liked the hotel location in the old town. It was quiet and only a short walk to the rail station.

    The good; great location, excellent friendly staff, comfortable bed, very quiet, very nice breakfast (continental included in price) The bad; room was tiny & bathroom even tinier, reception on the 1/F & room on the 3/F with no lift. Room was not very clean, esp the carpet, room had a bad smell we think coming from the toilet.

    Comfortable hotel in quiet area of old city. Convenient location. The bathroom was really well designed with everything working perfectly in a compact space. Breakfast was excellent with a wide range of choices to suit all appetites. The small bar near reception was a pleasant place to enjoy a drink before going out. Reception staff were very helpful when asked for assistance with places to eat etc.
