The hotel's location offered both amazing and stunning views, and the iconic building was easily recognizable and accessible. Car parking was convenient, and the staff provided excellent service. Both the food and the spa experience were exceptional. Additionally, we were fortunate to have wonderful weather during our stay.

Views were amazing the lake and the city. The lady (assuming the owner) greeted us on arrival, such a friendly person. Spacious apartment, kitchen to make breakfast in. And big plus for car park and for being pet friendly.

The location was excellent, out of the city of Lugano but not too far. It was very calm and relaxing. The wellness was amazing as we could enter anytime a day.
