Beautiful rooms, common areas and garden with a nice vibe. The owners are down to earth, laid back and intelligent people and make you feel at home. They even booked a restaurant for us and suggested places to visit during our stay. We will be back.

The room was comfortable - it had airconditioning, comfortable bed etc. The receptionists (on both days) where very helpful and friendly. The area was in walking distance of the centre of leuven with a nice food market set up a few steps away :)

Perfect accommodation with absolutely great price-quality offer in the centre of beautiful centre of Leuven close to the central station, sport facilities and the authentic centre with its sopping and university facilities reachable by bike/walk/public transport.
