The pet-friendly rooms had an unpleasant odor.
There was evidence of dogs urinating in various corners of the room.
When I went to get the spare blankets, I noticed that they smelled strongly of dog and were covered in hair.

We were travelling with 2 small dogs, so had a pet friendly room. The bed was not that comfortable but didn't cause back issues. The staff were very helpful and assisted us a number of times. The room was very clean and had no smells of animals.

We booked the pet friendly room for 1 night. I was so impressed with the room it was spotless and smelt amazing and clean . the dog bed and water bowl provided was a bonus I wasn’t expecting that . I also like the car windshield washers out side the room that’s such a great idea .

We booked a pet friendly room as we were travelling with 2 cats. The room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean. The motel is on a main road, the room though was surprisingly quiet .

I had pet friendly room and made my dog special with treats and provided a bed for my dog and a bowl. Also supply car window washing facilities. Very friendly staff.

The location was good too get into the city. The staff were friendly and easy going. The bed was very comfortable and the room well looked after. They had dog treats and a dog bed for us on arrival which was really nice of them. Pretty flash for pet friendly which was a nice change

We had a fantastic overnight stay in a pet friendly room. The treat for the dog was a lovely touch. The room was clean and my late check in was well organised and stress free. Great location, close to shops and restaurants. I have an overheight 4x4 and I was expecting to park on the street, however there was a suitable space not far from our room.

Stayed in pet friendly apartment. Very spacious and comfortable with separate bedroom. Large fridge, washing machine and dryer. Unlike some pet friendly accommodation it was nicely furnished. While not in new condition unit was very clean. Only stayed 1 night but very suitable for a longer stay. Outdoor patio/garden area (not fenced) but fine for our dog. Adjoining pub had dog friendly area to have a drink or a meal. Stayed on a Tuesday night area was very quiet. Close to park and beach for dog walking.
