This is an exceptional hotel for many reasons. It is well located with easy access inti the historic centre of Vienna, It has easy access to bus, tram and underground links. All the staff are lovely (from waiting staff to housekeeping to receptionists) and friendly. The breakfast is outstanding both in terms of the range of foods on offer and the quantity and quality. The free afternoon tea and cake is a nice touch although we were often out and about at that time of the day. This is a hotel that goes over and above to provide an excellent service, eg. offering additional pillows and duvets upon request.

The apartment is big, clean and warm, comfortable beds, all kitchen and bath stuff you need) The owner is nice, answered for all our questions we had. The city centre is about 15-20 minutes by car, that’s for me not far away from apartment. The street is enough quiet. Supermarket is also not far.

The hotel is a picturesque place on the outskirts of Vienna. Although it takes almost 1 hour to get to the center, the connections are very good. There are plenty of restaurants very close to the location, offering traditional and international food of very good quality. The breakfast is exceptional, we stayed for 4 days and we didn't get bored of the food on offer. Room and bathroom cleaned daily. I liked the fact that Christian was there when I arrived to hand over the keys and explain everything to me. He and his wife Stephanie were incredibly helpful in orienting me, gave me good sightseeing suggestions, and even printed tickets for me that I'd bought online. The room was clean, neat, spacious, and at a good temperature. There was a kitchenette and I had access to a washing machine, which I really appreciated. The wifi was good and the apartment is literally a couple of minutes' walk from the train station and bus stop - very convenient to get everywhere I needed to go. Highly recommended. Thanks, Christian and Stephanie!
