The staff are exceptional. They moved our bags to the next room with no issues. One time we had a problem getting in and they text back within less than a minute to help us. They even moved our stuff from our fridge into another room for us while we were out -they were extremely helpful. Out of all of my travels, this has been definitely one of the best days I’ve ever had around the world.

Elizabeth our hostess was very welcoming; she and her husband helped with our luggage and as we arrived on a Sunday afternoon, she very kindly provided our breakfast on Monday morning. The weather was intensely hot and sleeping was not easy, but our hostess provided electric fans for our comfort. Also there was a welcome Nespresso machine so we could have coffee.

Location was great for my purpose. Room was clean, good bathroom. Plenty of parking space (free). Breakfast was okay, choice could have been better, but there was enough for me. Excellent price for a hotel near Vienna.
