We had a great time staying for one night at Debatoun, where we met the owners (Svetlana and her husband) who have created an incredibly lovely space! The room is spacious, bed is super comfortable, and everything was super clean. We arrived when it was snow outside, still inside the room it was very warm and cozy, and the aunties were very cute and prepared very tasty food. I cannot say enough, just don’t hesitate to stay here!

Great location!! Best in the whole area. Very nice cottage, lovely decorated with taste and attention. The hottub is a great plus! The host is very welcoming and the food is delicious, both diner and breakfast. Very highly recommended for everyone looking for a special night at an unbeatable place!

The best hotel in Armenia I’ve been to. The owner was super friendly as well as the cook and stuart. It was a great pleasure to meet them all. Rooms were very clean, stylish and cosy. One of those rare places I would definitely return to! The rooms were cozy and exceptionally clean, the hospitality was warm and genuine, and the overall atmosphere was incredibly peaceful. The view from the window and balcony opened up to a breathtaking forest landscape, with fresh, clean air all around. The area was spacious and perfect for unwinding. And a special mention goes to Mrs. Armine’s homemade breakfast – simply the best! A truly wonderful place for a relaxing family getaway. Highly recommended!
