The hotel was immaculately clean. The staff were always on hand to help, and the free shuttle service was convenient. The location of the hotel is also great, only a short walk to the red line, and very close to the Raohe night market. My only points when it comes to improvement are that the bathroom lighting is quite dim, and it was hard to see clearly in the large mirror, so I had to use a small side mirror with a ring light, and the bathrobe was quite small and didn’t fit, but these are minor. I’d gladly stay here again next time I’m in Kaohsiung!

Excellent breakfast, loved the many assortment of Taiwanese options! Reception area on 2nd floor providing snacks and drinks in the afternoons/evening was also awesome. We frequented the night market almost every night and it was convenient coming back to eat our food there as well with 2 young kids. Nice size rooms, clean. Free laundry on 15th floor. Location was very close/easy to get to (orange line). Staff was also very nice! It was rainy the first day and we could borrow good quality umbrellas.
