We had a fantastic stay. The hotel is easily one of the best in Kopaonik—a large, well-equipped complex in a great central location, right next to the ski slopes. We received the Easter special package, which turned out to be great value for money. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the whole place was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Both breakfast and dinner were excellent, with a wide variety of tasty options. The meal service was also well organized, with food constantly being refilled and no long lines. The kids' playroom was a big hit, and the daily activities for children were a great way to keep them entertained—and give parents a bit of a break. The holiday brunch was a lovely touch, and the outdoor pool with warm water was especially enjoyable. Wi-Fi worked well throughout the hotel, which was another plus. The massage service was incredible. It was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. Definitely would recommend for families with children.

Although the staff struggled a bit with English it was noticeable they did there best to accommodate us the best possible way. Over all we had a great and pleasant experience and we are very grateful for the facilities and staff.

In good weather, guests are welcome to sit outside. Nice family run accommodation, which makes communication so easy and pleasant. Very close and in between the center and the bus station, perfect for taking the bus up to Kopaonik and down again. Located a bit further from the main road, and therefore really quiet. Comfy bed, nice outdoor area, and a lovely little stream next to the house. Nice view on the orthodox church just uphill. The one-person apartment was really spacious, with a large kitchen with dining table, and a pretty big bathroom. Everything was obviously brand new renovated with plenty of sockets everywhere. The finishing touches were still awaiting completion, but this is a minor detail.
