The staff was always helpful and smiling (even when the guests were being difficult). I loved how beautiful the different rooms/apartments were arranged. Everything was close, but still secluded. The gardener team is doing great work. I would like to have all these beautiful plants at home. There was something new to discover every day. The rooms were cleaned daily and the water can in the room refilled as well. We also loved the bar with the pool table which we used every night. Welcome drink was a very nice gesture and the fresh juice tasted so good. You can choose from a lot of options for breakfast. Just the portions of jam and butter were sometimes calculated a little bit too small. You can hike up the El Pastoreo in about 10-15 minutes and admire the beautiful sunset or sunrise from there if you do not want to hike up the crater rim. It is right behind the hotel.
