The property is spacious, clean, and well-equipped, providing all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Additionally, its location is convenient, being just a 40-minute drive from Jabal Shams Balcony Walk. Although we did not have the opportunity to meet the owner, Ali, in person, he was exceptionally helpful and provided excellent advice over the phone. He remained available to assist us whenever needed. I highly recommend this villa for anyone seeking a relaxing and well-appointed place to stay.

Staff on-site can arrange a shuttle service. We had such a lovely stay. The accommodation was a little more expensive than our usual budget but 100% worth it. The location is ideal for the Balcony walk, you have the whole space to yourself so it's completely private, experiencing sunrise from your bed is amazing, as well as seeing the sun go down over the mountains in the afternoon, amazing. The bed is comfy, the water is hot, good air con, everything you need. We took our meals as an add on to the booking, Ram who prepares and serves all the food is AMAZING, he is such a lovely man, gave us loads of info, is friendly and cooks lovely food 10/10 would recommend and thank you for being so great Ram!

Private parking is available on site at this recently renovated property. Everything was stunning! The facilities were excellent. Highly recommend stocking up on some water and snacks beforehand as there’s not a lot around. But the home was exactly like the photos and the pool is heated. The groundskeeper was very helpful as well and showed us all around the facilities.

The panoramic mountain views from the large windows were breathtaking. Our host Fahad was exceptionally friendly , attentive and generous. Don’t miss the sunset balcony hike—it’s magical ! Also, pack warm clothing as it can get chilly at night. The food was delicious.. One of the highlights of our trip was our host Fahad, who went above and beyond by taking us to multiple sunrise viewpoints. Each spot was more breathtaking than the last, and witnessing the sun rise over the mountains was an unforgettable experience. If you're looking for a unique, serene, and rejuvenating getaway, I can’t recommend this mountain dome enough. It’s the perfect escape for anyone who loves nature and wants to recharge in a stunning setting.

Very warm welcome and good hospitality of their dinner and breakfast offerings. Beds are very comfortable. Right location to see both Sunset as well as Sun rise. Convenient rooms, automatically upgraded my booking to stay close with my other room where my mom and kids.
