The views in the hotel are fantastic especially during sunset at the bar on the roof top. The drinks from the bar are excellent. The room is clean and the bed and pillows are very comfortable. Excellent facilities (gym, etc) in the hotel.

There is a private bathroom with bidet in all units, along with free toiletries and a hairdryer. We loved our stay with Uncle Ali and the team at Hanging Terraces. As the name suggests, the roof terraces in the hotel that overlooked the garden terraces were great for relaxing after a hike. The rooms were beautifully renovated in the old traditional style. The food was great - nice to have breakfast and dinner included.

Guests can make use of the sun terrace or the picnic area, or enjoy views of the mountain and pool. Tucked away in a quiet location at the foot of a giant mountain, the place is perfect for those looking to relax and unwind. A hot jacuzzi was waiting for us as we arrived and the 360 degree views of the mountains were amazing. Rooms are big and comfortable but lacking a bit of authentic decoration. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend Tilal Al Qattara to other travellers.

We chose this location mainly for its convenient position near the highway and its proximity to Barka city center, just a 10-minute drive away. The room was really nice, spacious, and clean. The price fully matched the quality. Special thanks to the hotel staff. We forgot a tablet, and after our check-out, they contacted us immediately. Not everyone would do that. Thank you again! We were satisfied, and we can recommend this hotel. The hotel did not offer breakfast, but it was not a problem as there is a supermarket directly across from the hotel.

Guests can enjoy free WiFi throughout the property. Location is stunning, staff is great, breakfast has lots of options. Anantara does not disappoint.

Muscat International Airport is 190 km away. The property offers free parking. Absolutely everything! One of my favorite hotels. Quite intimate with privacy, gorgeous views, was lovely to see the sunset from our balcony, the decorations were spot on with attention to detail but also blending perfectly with the environment. Mibelen (not sure I'm writing well) but she welcomed us and took care of us during our stay and was excellent at it. We loved the archery as well a must try!

The air-conditioned holiday home consists of 3 bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave and a coffee machine, and 2 bathrooms with a shower and free toiletries. This holiday home also has a terrace that doubles up as an outdoor dining area. For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. This was arguably one of the most unique charming places I have ever visited. Truly enchanting and one of a kind and I can’t wait to come back. That said, two minor negatives. Mosquitos in the area were troublesome, especially with the incredible indoor/outdoor layout. I think some citronella candles would have helped. Had I known I would have brought mosquito repellant. The only other item was that there was a gathering on the floor above us and kept us up late. Not sure what could be done about neighbors gathering and having a good time, just surprising that the voices so easily penetrated through the walls and ceiling. I used white noise to drown out most of it. Neither issue would cause me to hesitate from returning as the Arish house was a remarkable and amazing little stay in a serene and majestic location.
