They go out of the way to help . We had an issue with the car tyres and they arranged for air pumps. Can’t help praise the Oman people . Every one was so helpful, you just need to stop , they will enquire if you need help on directions. They will go out of the way to help .

Guests can enjoy free WiFi throughout the property. The staff was helpful, friendly and very attentive. It showed that everyone was happy and were being treated well by the company. The mountain trail was an amazing experience by Mr. Hasan. Mr. Raj from the spa was absolutely professional as were every person(Don’t remember all the names)we came in contact with. All in all, a wonderful stay. Thank you very much for the hospitality.

The hotel is amazing that I did not want to leave. Please stay for at least two nights, we were there for one. The lady in the hotel who guided us with the geology tour was so so helpful, she recommended us going to Oman Across Ages museum, which was one of the highlights of our tour.
