With decades of experience as a trekking guide, his vast knowledge and resourcefulness was evident in every interaction. His mastery of professionalism, practicality, good sense and great humour is rare even in 5-star deluxe hotel managers. There are many excellent hotel managers out there, but Dol goes above and beyond what can be learned. He welcomed us not merely as guests, but as friends, and he made us feel like our comfort and well-being were among his highest priorities. His genuine care helped make our our stay a memorable journey of discovery and delight. Dol's wisdom and generous spirit provided not only exceptional service but also an inspiring reminder of the beauty of human connection. Since the complimentary airport pick-up was not used by me (I already was in Kathmandu by that time), drop-off was provided. The reception staff, doorman, waiters, driver were very helpful. Sorry guys, I didn’t ask your names. The breakfast was rich and varied, and the inner yard was a cosy spot to enjoy it. The cook deserves a special mention – the food was excellent. Overall, very good value for money. Would definitely stay again.
