The moment we arrived, we experienced above and beyond hospitality. We were picked up from the bus station upon our arrival and taken to our room. The facilities were clean and when we asked for blankets due to the cold weather, the response was very quick. The wifi is good. The masala tea is great and the organisation of activities was very seamless. The guides we had kept us safe for our two day walking safari trip. We had very knowledgeable guides who were passionate about their profession and extremely professional (Tilak and Som). They answered any and every question we had. I really do recommend spending the night during the safari as you get to experience the sunset and the nighttime right by the jungle. We saw elephants, rhinos, bears, loads of different exotic birds, peacocks, monkeys, etc. We were two girls with our two guides and we felt very safe and that the guides are in control. Upon our return, we spent one more night in town and then the owner kindly took us to the bus station. I would come back 100% and recommend to friends and family. A rhino even came to chill at the property early in the morning.

I felt so peaceful and relaxed at this place. they have great food options, lots of nice places to sit and watch the river and an adorable puppy. The owners are so lovely too and always happy to help. I booked the jungle walk and the guides they use were super professional and friendly.

The hotel is nearby the river and a few min walk from the main street. There is a beautiful garden to relax and have your breakfast before tge safari trip which the owner Sunil can book. I was not feeling well when I arrived and they looked after me so well. Amazing, warm and helpful people with great knowledge. Sunil welcomes you with a beautiful smile and makes sure you are enjoying your time in Sauraha and Chitwan. I highly recommend the place!

It was one of the best hostels I had been in, just the family and Viki was so nice. I feel like at home, the food was delicious very comforting food. The location for me it's perfect, 20 min from the center so its quiet and peaceful place. You can meet nice people that also look for these peaceful places. What truly sets this place apart is the hospitality of the owners—they go above and beyond to ensure a great experience, from delicious food to seamless safari bookings. A unique touch is their welcome drink and complimentary jungle walk, where I was lucky enough to spot a rhino and some deer! Their services are not only top-notch but also the most economical compared to other tour companies. If you're visiting Chitwan, I highly recommend staying here!

If you want to have a true experience of the Chitwan National Park with the best local guide who is passionate about the jungle and has a ton of knowledge about the wildlife, then this is the best place for you! Bishnu (the owner of the lodge and guide) is truly amazing! He started answering any questions I had even before I arrived at the area. His wife and his kids are truly adorable and they made me feel like being at home. I went with Bishnu in a half day jeep safari and a full day walking (and boat) safari, as well as some other activities like bird watching. Even if we were not lucky enough to see a tiger, we saw many rhinos, deers and monkeys! Bishnu knows every corner of the forest and he was explaining to us every detail and answering any questions we had. While other guides may show you only the basics without putting much effort, Bishnu is trying his best to find the best spots in the jungle so that the guests could have the greatest experience! One day of my 3 days stay, I was the only guest and Bishnu arranged extra activities especially for me so as not to get bored! Last but not least, the food was fresh and homemade, and it was the best food I had in Nepal! These 3 days full of adventure and great hospitality, was the best part of my trip in Nepal and makes me want to visit Nepal and Bishnu again in the future for sure! Hotel Rhino Land is like a home away from home. Raj takes great care of his guests, from picking them up at the bus station, to offering a free welcome walk, and helping with everything they need. One night, he even drove me to see a rhino that was walking through town! The property is a short walk from town, quiet, and set in a lovely garden. I definitely recommend staying with Raj and his family.
