For the main course, don’t miss the homemade sausages and roast lamb or beef—these are truly must-try dishes. The beef stew is also a great choice to start your day. If you’re visiting the Ostrog Monastery, a stop at Markovi Konaci is a must. Enjoy the beautiful surroundings and indulge in the delicious food.

Tents are modern and cosy and feel secluded - I suppose it helped that I was the only one there on the first weekend of September. Bird life abounds and the night sky is stunning.
