Many details can surprise you pleasantly. The guy who rans this hotel must be a high end psychologist, to fulfill many if not all your needs that a layman consumer can have. Devices are carefully selected ranging from lights, window shied, led, music to fridge to name a few. You have to explore it yourself. Service is first class, Mohammed for example, took care of my needs in the canteen. I wish the guy who runs this hotel can run the ministry of tourism in Morocco. In the long run it pays off. Good job.

モハメッド5世広場から徒歩1分のTorre Hadraはシェフシャウエンにある宿泊施設で、庭、専用駐車場、テラスを提供しています。禁煙の宿泊施設で、Kasbaから1km以内の場所にあります。 Torre... ・メディナの外に位置するためアクセスが容易ですし迷いづらいです。ただ、シャウエン自体が坂の多い街なので、スーツケースを持って歩くことはお勧めしません。 ・３人で宿泊したところ、最上階の部屋に案内されました。屋根裏がついた部屋で内装もものすごく可愛かったです！ベッドの数も大きさも十分でした。 ・シャワーの強さ・熱さは問題なしでした。よく歩いて疲れた身体がほぐれました。 ・スタッフは親切で、チェックインの際には部屋の説明や朝食の場所などを案内してくれました。チェックアウト後も荷物を預かってもらいました。 ・伝統的なモロッコの朝食をビュッフェ形式でいただけました。パンケーキにAmlouをつけて食べるのがおいしかったです。好きなものを好きな量だけ取れるのがありがたかったです。 ・Wi-Fiあり、タオルあり、エアコンありで快適でした。また、よく清潔に保たれたリヤドです。

The apartment had everything you needed: 2 air conditioners, which is very important in winter; hot water; a large set of kitchen appliances and dishes. We left our car near the apartment entrance without any problems. Friendly staff.

The room and the hotel were a true sea of luxury, kindness, and tranquility. If you’re looking for a luxurious yet peaceful home base in this stunning city – and want a completely carefree vacation – this is the place to be. On top of all the comfort and elegance, the hospitality and helpfulness were out of this world. Breakfast was always delicious and could even be delivered to our room for free, anytime we wanted. In the evenings, there was room service with all the mouthwatering dishes from the hotel’s restaurant downstairs – such a treat! The beds were heavenly, and the apartment had everything you could possibly need if you wanted to cook for yourself. Everything was spotlessly cleaned every single day – they even did the dishes for us, which is truly unheard of! From our room, we had a beautiful view of the busy street, but thanks to the excellent soundproofing, we barely heard a thing. And then, the cherry on top: my partner accidentally left her rings behind in the room, and before our flight had even departed, a staff member personally came to the airport to return them to us for free! That level of hospitality is simply unmatched. Wow, wow, wow – this hotel completely blew us away!
