As soon as I got arrived at the hotel ,a receptionist kindly carried my luggage up to my room without me even asking That was so thoughtful of him. He also invited me to relax in the cafeteria and offered me a choice of coffee or tea, along with a bottle of water. After a long journey ,I was super tired so these services helped me a lot relax. Another staff was also helpful in booking my ticket to another city. Without their help,I would have struggled a lot ! He even prepared fresh orange juice for me on the morning of my departure and handed me a bottle of water,which was such a thoughtful service. The building has a rooftop terrace,and the view from there was amazing,you can see the whole city :)

They helped my wife get a birthday cake and decorate our room to surprise me for my birthday. Issam, Mahmoud and Mohamed provided the best customer service possible, they were impressive. We had a great experience because of them. We highly recommend this hotel. You will not be disappointed. Also the great breakfast served in our room was very romantic.

The bed was huge and super comfortable, with two separate blankets — no fighting over the covers at night! There was also air conditioning, which made it even more comfortable. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel welcome and were always ready to assist with anything — whether it was questions about things to do in the area or helping us book a cooking class or hammam visit. Breakfast each morning was fresh and delicious, and the rooftop terrace is a beautiful, peaceful place to relax. The location is perfect too: right in the heart of Chefchaouen’s charming little streets. We truly felt at home and taken care of. This place is a gem and we’ll definitely come back. The only thing breaking the silence is the sound of birds singing, which adds to the charm. The interior is pleasant and well-designed overall. The room was cozy and clean, with a private balcony featuring a power outlet, bar stools, and a beautiful view of the town and mountains. We arrived by car — the GPS led us right to the house, and there’s private parking available nearby. However, the road can be a bit tricky and bumpy in some parts. You can walk to Chefchaouen in about 15–20 minutes, but the way back is uphill, which can be quite tiring, especially in the heat. The service was absolutely amazing — the hosts were incredibly kind and helpful. Even late at night, they were available and helped us double-check our route. It truly felt like visiting distant family — that’s how warm and welcoming everything was. We also ordered dinner — it was delicious, authentic, and served with great music and a breathtaking view.
