The staff were able to assist me in ordering the balloon delivery and the hotel has cakes available for purchase. I also made a dinner reservation and availed of their 5th anniversary course dinner. The food was amazing, so flavorful and pretty. They also have their own coffee blend which is very smooth. The hotel is walking distance to restaurants and convenience stores. Quick taxi ride from the Nagoya Station. Overall me and my family enjoyed our stay here and I would stay here again when I visit Nagoya. Thank you!

A beautiful building, amazing location, extremely kind and friendly hosts, very well-equipped - and the breakfast was so huge and delicious that I can't believe it was only 500 yen. A meal like that would have been at least twice the price in a restaurant! Thank you so much for my wonderful stay here.
