Excellent location, 5 min walk to train station. Roberat was polite and greeted us at the apartment, but everything is automatic so very suitable for late check in. The rooms are spacious and there were a lot of snacks for us to enjoy. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Piacenza.

The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. The owner was very lovely. We arrived a bit early and she held our luggage while we explored and got something to eat. Kitchen was well equipped with utensils and had soft drink, juice, beer and water available to purchase for a few euros. My daughter and I felt very safe and comfortable during our stay.
