The staff were super courteous and extremely supportive. The property is very neat, well kept and everything about the hotel was just above expectation. I need to call out some names of people who served us too well surprising industry standards. Mary, Roshni and Natasha from the first floor bar. Extremely courteous. Sony and Holyland from the restaurant on the ground floor offered excellent service. Even the chef Tulsi came to our table and we shared some good feedback with him.

The level of service I received has been the best so far in my time in India. They are very attentive and are extremely hospitable. The food was great, the room was perfect! It’s clean, beds are comfortable, there’s hot water for the shower, the place is in a great location. I strongly recommend this hotel and I would definitely visit again. If you are traveling from outside of India, be aware that booking.com does not pay the properties.. Credit or debit cards may not work either so just be prepared to pay cash just in case. Also, be aware that there are taxes added to the amount it shows on this site, which is understandable but just good to know when you arrive. There are plenty of ATMs around the area and lots to do. I wanted to explore the beauty of Meghalaya and the hotel staff recommended an amazing driver who I strongly recommended as well. His name is Kitbok, make sure to ask for him as he is knowledgeable about the area!
