The infinity pool was stunning and perfect for relaxing, and the whole place was very comfortable and well-equipped. One of the highlights was the breathtaking sunset experience — truly unforgettable! Our host was incredibly attentive and helpful, always available to assist and making sure all our needs were met. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Lithos Villas to anyone looking for a perfect getaway.

Diva Lodge is a recently renovated apartment in Sikia, where guests can make the most of its garden and barbecue facilities. With mountain views, this accommodation features a terrace. The apartment also provides free WiFi, free private parking and facilities for disabled guests. The apartment was very clean, everything was tasteful and new , the beds and the sofa comfortable. We were only there for one night, passing through, so I can't comment on the location or the kitchen accessories.

The location of the building is very convenient, close to the center of Neos Marmaras, as well as to shops, cafes and restaurants, the central beach is about 4-5 minutes away by car. The place was very clean and well maintained. The staff was amazing,very kind and very helpful. They take care of us every day the two ladies who maintain the building, they gave us detailed information about the places we were visiting as well as restaurants,beaches and places around. We spent such a great time in that luxury suites and deffinetly we will come back and choose same place for our next vacantion in Chalkidiki.

Right next to two taverns which ,without exageration were one of the best o have been in, close to supermarket approximately 5 min walk to it, and ofcourse right at the beach! The beach is not one of the best in greece, the sand was rocky but the view is amazing and also its right at your doorstep :) Also very close to the beach in neos marmaras, which is one of the best at this side of sitonia. Situated in Nikiti, a few steps from Nikiti Beach, Studio Nikiti Beach features accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, private parking, a garden and a restaurant. Everything was so well thought through- the owner gave us his personal tips (amazing!), our kid had a separate space to sleep (privacy appreciated), generous pool hours and 30 seconds to the beach. Staying with our extended family at your hotel was exactly what we needed. I’d definitely come back!
