Lovely spacious apartment - we got upgraded to a room with a private pool after there was a problem with our original booking. Very clean and great having fresh linen each day. The shared pool is lovely with an amazing view over the beach. About 1.5km walk uphill to the Old Town of Ios, but there is a bus stop right outside and restaurants close by on the beach.

The older couple that own the place are the nicest people you’ll meet. Nice and very clean rooms. Great location. Free breakfast. Owner even took many of the guests to the port in his van because the bus stopped running in October.

Here you have wonderful and friendly hosts, who are very dedicated to their guests. Their warm welcome (pick up at the port, welcome drink, advices for the trip, their company) feels like being part of something bigger than just being a guest in a hotel. Ios is not just a party island and in this boutique, in this family-run hotel you will find everything for great relaxation: amazing views with infinity pool, very delicious and big, homemade breakfast, charming rooms with balcony and terrace, regular housekeeping ... And mostly: privacy and peace. Our hosts even arranged a good rent-a-car price for us and pick up at the hotel. They recommended many good tavernas and restaurants with traditional food and sunset spots as well. If you go to Ios, stay in Sea Breeze Hotel, you won't regret it! We are definitely coming back. 🙂
