We booked to stay here a few nights to unwind after a busy period of travel, which was a great choice. The staff are all lovely and helpful, the location is really peaceful with waterfalls and viewpoints ~15 minutes walk away, and the communal facilities are great (pool, jacuzzi, table tennis, ps5). We were given a free upgrade to a room with a balcony - the room felt like a hotel room, very modern and well looked after, with a bath and a hammock on the balcony. Food is decent and decently priced, and there are bikes to hire for $10 to do the Ruta de las Cascadas, plus you can book rafting, canyoning etc through the hostel. Bar on site too with beer happy hour and a separate cocktail happy hour later on, but it wasnt a party hostel (we stayed in June so high season, but it wasn't too busy). Ended up extending our stay by 2 nights - loved chilling out here

Friendliest staff you'll ever meet. They know the area and are ready to help you out no matter what you need. There is someone on duty 24/7. Spacious, clean and cozy room with a comfortable bed Big bathroom with nice warm shower. Secure parking behind locked gate. Quite location 10 minutes walk from the center of town in a residential area. Great view to the 5.000 m volcano towering above the valley.

The Inti Luna is beautiful and the rooms comfortable. The location is quiet and safe with a great view on the peak of the vulcano. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. We will definetly return.

The Casa Verde Eco Guest House offers a solarium with views of the mountains and the Pastaza River just a few minutes from Baños. Buffet breakfast is included. The view and the hospitality everything was amazing
