Situated in Baños in the Tungurahua region, Hotel Casa Santa Lucía features accommodation with access to a hot spring bath. The property has mountain and garden views. We had the best time in Hotel Casa santa lucia. The hotel is located near the city center, walking distance from everything. We got upgraded to our room. The Wifi is excellent all around the hotel. The breakfast was good. Above all this, the stuff was amazing, very helpful, and always with a smile. Highly recommend

The view, nature, volcano… i have no words to describe. We ordered room with big panoramic window. You can lay in the room in front of the window and dream! Staff are so acomodating and friendly! Facilities are comfortable. Bed, pillows were so fantastic. Breakfast has no wide choice but it the same in all Equador. But food very delicious. Espessialy for dinner!

The owners (Julio and his family) were very accommodating and kind. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a good stay in Banos and helped us answer questions about tours. The property has a beautiful lawn, the rooms were clean, showers were hot, daily housekeeping available, and cute dogs! A nice and quiet property only 15 minutes walk from the center of Banos
