The room was super clean, I'd give 10 stars not only 5, and the location is amazing

These modern and luxurious studios and apartments are located in the central Mitte district of Berlin. Each one offers a loggia (covered balcony) or a terrace with views of greenery and the vibrant city centre. Very welcoming. Convenient. It was warm when it when it was cold outside. Great staff. In our room we had a very good panoramic view of the street. A tram and the S Bahn right outside the door. Very, very quiet. And All in all, a very good experience.

The Fernseher Turm TV tower is only 500 metres away. We were looking for three single beds and Nikolai residence had the best option in Berlin center. Great location, good value, nice staff.
