The staff were very helpful and polite. The room was spacious. Both dinner and breakfast offered a good variety and tasted delicious. The pool and sauna area were clean and well-equipped. I also enjoyed the harpist's concert in the evening. Compared to the Hotel Pacifik, where the atmosphere was not that relaxing and your plates seemed to be checked, this hotel was a true gem. ;-)

The location is great, right in the middle of the resort, close to all the attractions, the column, geyser, many very good restaurants just a stone's throw away. A big plus is the breakfast brought to the room with hot rolls and everything you could want to eat in the morning without making any effort. Thank you for everything to the host, we will be back with pleasure!

Hotel Ontario has a camera-guarded private car park right next to the hotel building. the location of the hotel, cleaness, friendly young girl at reception as well as the middle age man very friendly and helpful with directions etc. Amazing room amazing view from room. if we visit karlovy vary again we will definitely stay there again. strongly recommend for anyone visiting
