The neighbourhood is super lively and the room was quiet at the same time. Room has everything you need (coffee machine, iron, ironing board, kettle, AC...) The price was very reasonable for the quality of the service / room and there were always ubers available quickly in the vicinity. The building is moder and the features of high standard. Highly recommend. Perfect if you don't want to pay a hotel or for a business stay (I checked out of the hotel to come here, and am very happy I did).

Norem, Esteban and Valeria made us feel at home right away and went out of their way to accommodate us. Breakfast and dinner (with the hummingbirds around) were delicious, prepared to the point and with several dishes to choose from. The cabins are all new, very well designed and furnished, the bathroom with steady and immediate hot and cold water supply. A garden with a small trail are in the making and will make spending time in the crisp and clean mountain air even more worthwhile. We can highly recommend Curuba Lodge which became our favorite place in Costa Rica! Tip: Esteban can connect you with a few guides to see the rare and iconic Quetzal birds.

We had a large room, everything was very clean, staff very friendly. The food in the restaurant a few steps away was great. Breakfast at the pool was good, too. The lodge is actually even nicer in reality than shown in the photos. We needed about 35min. by car to get to the airport. We would return any time.
