But most of all they make you feel at home and safe. I would definitely come again to spend some relaxing days at Raya in Matapalo! The location is just perfect, everything in walking distance 7‘ to the beach, 5‘ to famous and awesome Matapalo Supper Club Restaurant, another restaurant and the supermarket. 20‘ to the bus stop. And on the other side of the road: Angelo who takes you on trips with his lovely horses.

The best view I ever had from my room. Beautiful modern hotel, very nice breakfast, tucans and macaws were coming to sit on the trees in front of us during breakfast. The only thing I can complain about is the very steep and narrow road uphill, but that's true about many roads in Costa Rica Overall - amazing stay!
