The staff was realy good, especially for Sara, she was so very kind to us when the first time we arrive at hostel, she arrange our room and explain all the facilities to us. We like all the facilities espesially the kitchen, we saw everybody cook and eat together in the same room. It was so warm. The room it's so great with mointain view. This is recomended for family travelling.

Amazing location. Literally right above the train station and gondola up the mountain. Rooms are very nice, basic and great quality. Views are amazing. The hotel restaurant was incredible, very reasonably priced! The staff throughout the hotel was very nice as well!

The hotel is in a very good location. Everything close. The bed is very good. Breakfast good and sufficient. Coffee, tea and water in the lobby at all times. The room is big enough.
