It is a brand new apartment with excellent facilities - comfortable bed, outstanding kitchen facilities, brand new perfect bathroom, lots of space and a great patio (weather did not permit me to use it). The owner was very helpful and extremely friendly, free parking is right there. When next I come back to Vienna, this is definitely the place I will choose to stay.

The bed and pillows were comfortable and of good quality. The garden is very peaceful with nice furniture. The hosts, Sophia and Michael, are lovely people and so helpful and accommodating. They have spent a lot of time and money making this location a place of beauty and comfort. VERY highly recommend!

Been here passing through on a way to Croatia. Very quiet, pleasant place to rest. The owner extremely helpful. All very well organized. Stayed in room Feuer, which I found very very nice. And Poysdorf is a small town with hidden nice surprises. Lots of local vineyards famous throughout Austria. And Pizzeria di Mare is not only pizzeria, definitely worth checkin’ out 😋

The proximity to the thermal spa is wonderful, really only a 2 min walk. The communication with the owner was easy and forthcoming. We highly recommend this calm location and wish to come back one day.
