The location is absolutely great.. just a word of advice... of driving from Oudtshoorn, don't take the Pass jnless you have an SUV, we nearly got stuck and had some hair raising moments. Jaque was amazing! My mum forgot her beloved watch at the property and he went to lok for it and posted it to us free of charge. He didn't have to do this. I was impressed by the honesty and professionalism. Would definitely stay here again as it was such an amazing location, staff are friendly and the beds super comfy with air conditioning too... And we had some animals come out to say goodmorning which was such a highlight!

Fantastic property, beautiful and clean. The outside space was so good to relax and take a dip in the plunge pool when it got a bit warm. The bed and linens were so nice. It was very quiet and we felt totally safe walking round the area. Went to the Lazy Lizzard for lunch and Yellow House for dinner. Both places were excellent. Thank you for a great stay and would definitely recommend if you’re in Prince Albert. Made it down the Swartberg Pass in a small sedan car with no problem, as it was dry and we took it slowly. What a drive!

    Tracy was able to accommodate us early. She is a fantastic host, the room was perfect, the location well suited to walk around town and shops. Off street parking, the pools, gardens, the staff, everything made our one night stay perfect, if we had the time we'd have stayed longer. Oh, the breakfast around the pool was, I can honestly say, the best I've ever had!! Well done, Tracy and team, we'll be back!

    The staff were efficient and friendly. The location is great, close to shops and restaurants. The food at the hotel restaurant was superb, so good that we ate there every night of our 3 night stay. The off-street secure parking was a bonus.
