Very nice experience and service. Our bus arrived super early, and they still took the call and let us wait there until a room was free. The lady even made some tea for us and lend us a lying down chair with a pillow and blanket to take a rest, and gave us the room as soon as it was free.

My recent stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. The prime location in the heart of the city made exploring local attractions a breeze. Lovely lakeside spot. Stayed two nights—it was wonderful! The house offers great sunset views and a calm morning setting. Complete amenities, enthusiastic host guidance. Although a bit far from town, it's peaceful. Kiely's warmth, easy check-in/out, and good weather made it enjoyable. Chilling with friends in the cool evenings was fun! Ideal for a peaceful retreat. Highly recommended!

I stayed in room 3 which was big, soft pillows, plenty of towels. Very friendly family running the homestay and a short trip into Pleiku. TV can get youtube etc if needed
